The Developer
City and Provincial are developers and the landowners of the greater part of the Oxestalls Road site. Their approach to development combines ambition, passion and creative flair. At the outset of any project they engage a comprehensive Design Team and along with this support, they set out to understand the bigger picture. Their commitment to community engagement has enabled an integrated approach that involves local people and responds to local issues.
Engaging with the community
Soundings specialise in public and stakeholder consultation and engagement. Acting as an impartial voice in the development process, communities are engaged creatively to seed change, inform design and empower local groups committed to the long-term success of place. Working with people to build shared visions, our dedicated teams draw on extensive experience gained on over 68 projects in over half of London's boroughs, and across the UK.
Architects and Urban Designers
Hawkins\Brown is an architectural practice that asks questions, listens carefully and then thinks hard before putting pen to paper. Their aim is to raise the expectations of all those involved with their buildings and to make sure they deliver. Hawkins\Brown encourage and promote a sustainable approach to the environmental, economic and social impact of their buildings, recognising the needs of all stakeholders. Hawkins\Brown have always worked across a wide range of types and scales of project but their strongest track record is focused on residential/mixed-use developments as well as arts and community based schemes, commercial, education, refurbishment and transport projects.
